Most of these affiliate programs offer really great commissions! (I thought it was really interesting that “Botanical Interests” offers a lower rate for non-gardening sites. I would think that they would just turn down any affiliates who weren’t relevant, or else pay the same to anyone who referred business toward them! It doesn’t seem very logical.) It makes sense for them to use affiliates. I’m an avid gardener, and most of these companies are new to me. That tells me they need affiliates to advertise for them!

The Botanical interest thing was a bit odd. First time I have come across a commission structure like the one they set up. Typically its only coupon sites that get lower commissions.
