Even if pro basketball is not your sites focus just having this as an option would be a great idea. Even if you just stick the affiliate link in an advertisement on the sidebar. The NBA logo has that much weight behind.
They have gear for men women and kids. All manner of accessories, shoes, and hats for the ultimate fan to show off their support. The only real issue is that the affiliate terms are not the best. Not bad but not great.
The Cookie and The Commission
The NBA Store partner program offers a 6% commission to its partners for all qualifying sales.
While it is not the best commission it is not terrible. The larger and more well-known the company the less favorable the affiliate terms tend to be. Still, they are better than Amazon’s terms.
The tracking cookie is only 7-days. A very low cookie but, again, this is to be expected because of the size of the NBA.
They can get away with less than stellar affiliate program terms. That being said 7-days is not terrible for the types of products you will be promoting for this partner.

The 30-day statistics are decent, but not great. That seems to be the theme of this affiliate, pretty average.

They don’t have a huge number of videos so this should be used as a secondary affiliate program. But if your blog focuses on training or coaching then you definitely want to have this partner program in your corner.

Swish International offers its affiliate partners an incredible 40% commission on all their affiliate sales. We love to see commission this high and given that you can get physical DVDs of their training videos it makes the commission even more impressive.
The cookie is only 15-days which is a bit of a letdown. I always like to see 30+. But for this type of product at this price point 15-days is more than enough time to decide on the purchase.

A really great affiliate program for any basketball training or coaching blog. The training is solid, the videos are very high quality, and the tracking cookie is acceptable. The commission is outstanding. Really one of the best percentages in the entire basketball niche.

Fanatics runs a majority of shops for individual NBA teams through ShareASale. It would be a mess if I tried to do all the NBA teams individually so I will just combine them all into one entry on this list.
They have all the gear that anyone could possibly want from their favorite NBA team. This partner program is a must-have if your blog revolves around a single NBA team. You will just need to search for it on the ShareASale Affiliate Network in order to sign up for each team you want to promote.
The Affiliate Program Terms
The terms may vary from team to team but in general, they are all around 10% commission on all qualifying sale through your affiliate link. A very nice commission and a full 4% more than the official NBA store.
The tracking cookie is a slightly low 7-days. Not a disaster but I always like to see something at least 30-days in duration.

These are designed for kids for the most part. They will get the most benefit from the fun items and training materials in the boxes delivered each month. This affiliate is a great one for a basketball blog focused on youth training or coaching.
The Cookie and The Commission
The commission for this partner program is 7%. It is not a terrible percentage but it is a little lower than I would like to see. Ideally, you want commissions that approach double digits but 7% is acceptable.
The cookie is on the low side as well. They only give you a 15-day window to make a sale and still receive a commission.

Vert Shock is a high-performance leap training system. The idea is that you can improve your vertical leap quite a bit using their training videos and techniques. I tend to think they overstate the results a bit. Some people just have better hops than others.
That being said if you have a basketball training or coaching website this might be a good partner program to look into. Clickbank programs can be shaky sometimes so do some research before promoting this affiliate program.
If it passes muster then you have a great high-commission affiliate with a pretty interesting and unique product that you can promote.

The commission is a huge 75%. This is a digital product so the percentage is not a total surprise. Still, it is nice to see something that high. Because it is on ClickBank they have a money-back guarantee. Be sure to mention that in your promotional material and content.
The cookie duration was not readily available at the time of publication. You will have to ask about that when you sign up for the affiliate program.

A great commission and an interesting product. But always be wary of anything coming from ClickBank. They have a lot of great programs for you to promote, but they also have some pretty poor ones. Just be sure you are comfortable with the product before you start promoting it.

The selection and the coaching pedigree is really what sets this program apart from many other partner programs that sell a similar product. Some of these videos might be found elsewhere, on Amazon for example.
But the commission is much better for this affiliate than most of the other programs.

I always like to add a collectibles or memorabilia affiliate to any sports blog. And basketball is no exception. These affiliates tend to have somewhat higher ticket items for you to promote and earn a decent commission on.
In this case, Press Pass Collectibles fits the bill for this list. They have a huge selection of all types of sports collectibles, including game-used gear and autographed items that you can promote on just about any basketball blog.
Another added bonus of Press Pass Collectibles is that they have an auto-approval process at ShareASale. So this affiliate can be deployed on even brand new websites.

The affiliate terms for this partner program are pretty good. Their commission is a very nice 12%. Given the unique items for sale, this high commission is very welcomed. The tracking cookie is also an above-average 45-days.
For more expensive items like the ones on sale from this vendor, a longer cookie is really necessary.
30-day Sales Stats
The ShareASale Stats are decent but display a low conversion rate.
- The $401.56 Average Sale is a whopping number. If you can convert with this affiliate you will be in good shape. Converting is the issue though.
- The 0.54% Conversion Rate is pretty low, but not unheard of. You will need to generate a good amount of traffic to get the most out of this affiliate program.
- The earnings per click are only $15.02 EPC. This tells us that a lot of people click on the link but only a few of them make a purchase. Not surprising given the luxury nature of the items for sale.
Why Promote Press Pass?
The conversion rate is a little disappointing. However, the other metrics look pretty good.
The product selection is great and the commission and tracking cookie are both excellent. This is a good program to add to your basketball blog, even if you don’t build content around it. Auto-acceptance is a nice bonus as well.

Whether it is a fan site or a coaching or training blog, JumpUSA will do well for just about anyone.
The Commission?
The commission is outstanding for a dealer of physical products like this affiliate. They offer a 15% commission on all sales through your affiliate link.
You cannot go wrong with a commission this high. They offer much of the same items as Amazon or Walmart but the commission is 3 times what they offer.
If the prices are similar then this would be a good substitute to Amazon just do to the much better commission.
You will need to ask about the tracking cookie when you sign up since it is not readily available on their affiliate page.
The Wrap-Up
A good all-around sporting affiliate with a focus on their basketball offerings. The commission is good. However, be sure and check their status as their program has been offline at times. I am including it this list for now, but if they continue to not accept new affiliates I will note it in this section.

The products sold at Coach Tube are digital so it is no surprise to see a commission of 30%. This is such a wonderful percentage for these high-quality videos that it would be worth it to try and fit this affiliate into just about any basketball blog.
The tracking cookie is very good as well clocking in at 60-days. Double the current standard tracking cookie.
