It appears to me that the gourmet coffee market is certainly a competitive one. With so many brands out there, is there a way that some of these brands provide samples for your to test and write reviews on to increase the affiliate marketing potential?
In my opinion, while of the brands present relatively good percentage returns, 5% on brands such as Dunkin Doughnuts will require enormous sales to generate a good income stream as the commodity prices is relatively low. Very thorough review and thanks for making this comprehensive list available.

Some of the lower commission affiliates would require more traffic. It is something you always need to weigh when choosing an affiliate program.
